A: Estimates are free provided there is no work and/or troubleshooting performed to make the estimate
Q: Do we charge for diagnosis?
A: Yes. Due to the new car technology, equipment, and training necessary to solve your car problems, we must charge for diagnosis time.
Q: Can we pick up your car for repairs?
A: Yes. Anywhere within the Centralia area.
Q: Do we offer senior discounts?
A: Yes. We offer a 5 % discount to all our seniors.
Q: Is our work guaranteed?
A: Yes. Repairs and parts are guaranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles. On certain repairs even longer. Just ask.
Q: Can customers bring their own parts?
A: No. For us to guarantee our labor we must supply the parts.
